All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Delayed Packages

SRNDR CANADA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

SRNDR CANADA cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
